Chicago Access TV will support Chicagoland Tutor/Mentor Volunteer Recruitment Campaign in August and September. Make sure the contact information for your program is updated.

During August and September the T/MC will have a slide show playing throughout each day, promoting volunteer involvement in Chicago area tutor/mentor programs.

The slides will point people to the Program Locator database at Thus, if you don't have you program in the database, or if the information is not current, this media will not help you get volunteers.

Visit the program locator and search for your program by zip code or name. If you're in the database, just click the EDIT button to go to a section where you can update your information. Contact the Tutor/Mentor Connection if you need help registering or logging in.

Note: Join in the planning for this campaign. Visit to learn more.

If you're in another city, join in and use this planning and these ideas to support a recruitment campaign in your own community.
