As the Presidential candidates do more to encourage idea sharing, they create more opportunities for citizen leadership. If they monitor the posts on their blogs, they can adopt good ideas, and give them visibility, and demonstrate good leadership at the same time.  This link is one where T/MC posts its ideas.
