More than 2000 links are organized into 25 categories.  Browse the categories and sub categories to find links to web sites with information you can use to build and sustain strong organizations helping youth move through school and into jobs and careers.  Some of the links point to older pages on some web sites. Click to the "home" page to find the most current information being shared. Look for social media links and connect with these organizations in social media. Look for the resource pages and visit sites that these organizations point to. This is a huge resource and it keeps growing. As you get to know what's here, by frequent visits,  it will grow in its value to you.

The Lifeplan Institute, program of California Mentor Foundation

Tutor Training from S. Seattle Community College
The college uses this web site to train their own volunteers. However, it's open to visitors from anywhere who are looking to build their tutoring skills. It as a variety of very easy to follow on-line tutor training modules.

Tutor/Mentor Connection eLearning and Networking
The Tutor/Mentor Connection and the Tutor/Mentor Institute, LLC are two parts of the same organization. The goals are the same. Only the tax structure is different. Both seek to bring together all who are organizing conferences and sharing information intended to help build more effective volunteer-based tutoring/mentoring and education-to-careers programs serving inner city youth and youth living in high poverty areas. This link points to a set of learning and collaboration goals.

Tutor/Mentor Leadership & Networking Conference - held in Chicago
This Chicago conference was held in November and May every year between May 1994 and May 2015. An on-line version attempts to connect people from around the world with the information and ideas shared at the conferences. Visit the conference maps section to see participation maps. Note: due to lack of funding the conference has not been held since May 2015.
