More than 2000 links are organized into 25 categories.  Browse the categories and sub categories to find links to web sites with information you can use to build and sustain strong organizations helping youth move through school and into jobs and careers.  Some of the links point to older pages on some web sites. Click to the "home" page to find the most current information being shared. Look for social media links and connect with these organizations in social media. Look for the resource pages and visit sites that these organizations point to. This is a huge resource and it keeps growing. As you get to know what's here, by frequent visits,  it will grow in its value to you.

Accelerate77 - focuses on sustainability initiatives in Chicago
From the web site: "The Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) is the organizing sponsor of “accelerate 77” and created the program in order to increase the role and positive impact of local community actions. Our underlying strategy is to IDENTIFY current sustainability initiatives in all of Chicago’s 77 community areas; CONNECT them with one another to inspire new ideas, practices, self-consciousness and motivation through peer interchange; and COLLABORATE with residents in systematic learning, planning, and collective action." This link points to the map of sustainability resources. This project is now led by the Chicago Sustainability Leaders Network (CSLN).

Hurricanes and Tropical Cyclones Overview - ESRI maps
From the web site: "This map describes the current & recent location of tropical storms, as well as forecast positions and probable track of tropical storms." As of September 10, 2017 the map shows Hurricanes Irene and Jose hitting the SE US. This is updated regularly so in a few months the info shown will be different.

The Trust for Public Land (US) - Climate-Smart Cities Program
From the web site: "The Trust for Public Land works to protect the places people care about and to create close-to-home parks—particularly in and near cities, where 80 percent of Americans live. The Climate-Smart Cities Program is one of the feature projects.
