More than 2000 links are organized into 25 categories.  Browse the categories and sub categories to find links to web sites with information you can use to build and sustain strong organizations helping youth move through school and into jobs and careers.  Some of the links point to older pages on some web sites. Click to the "home" page to find the most current information being shared. Look for social media links and connect with these organizations in social media. Look for the resource pages and visit sites that these organizations point to. This is a huge resource and it keeps growing. As you get to know what's here, by frequent visits,  it will grow in its value to you.

Chicago Police Department Crime Mapping Resource
From the web site: "The Chicago Police Department developed this web application to provide residents of the City of Chicago with a tool to assist them in problem-solving and combating crime and disorder in their neighborhoods. It is based upon the CLEAR (Citizen Law Enforcement Analysis and Reporting) system developed by the Department for use by its police officers.

This web application enables you to search the Chicago Police Department's database of reported crime. You will be able to see maps, graphs, and tables of reported crime. The database contains 90 days of information which you can access in blocks of up to 14 days. Data is refreshed daily. However, the most recent information is back-dated 7 days from today's date."

Chicago Urban Agriculture Mapping Project
From the web site: The Chicago Urban Agriculture Mapping Project (CUAMP) was launched in 2015 and is an ongoing, open source collaboration between AUA, DePaul University, NeighborSpace, and the Chicago Food Policy Action Council. Child well-being in advanced economies – UNICEF Report
This is one of many resources on the LearningChange web site. This is a UNICEF report presenting "the latest available overview of child well-being in 29 of the world’s most advanced economies. Five dimensions of children’s lives have been considered: material well-being, health and safety, education, behaviors and risks, and housing and environment." The United States ranks 26th out of 29 countries.

Children and Family Justice Center at Northwestern

Cost of Poverty Study 1990 - Sandtown-Baltimore
I first looked at this DevPlan report in the mid 1990s, showing that high costs of poverty are concentrated in some neighborhoods of big cities, not all. Just remove some of the conditions that remove "hope and opportunity" can lower costs.
