Colleges supporting youth via k-12 programs

I did a Google search this morning for term (collegeforkids/afterschool) and came up with many links showing colleges offering programs that reach k-12 youth and help prepare them for college. One is at Lycoming College for Kids and Teens in Williamsport, PA.   This does not fit the description of "volunteer based tutor, mentor and learning program" which is what I focus on in the Tutor/Mentor Connection library, but it's a model that many might look at and duplicate.

Thus, I'd like to find someone who is building a web library, similar in design to the Tutor/Mentor library, but that collects links to programs at colleges similar to the one at Lycoming College for Kids and Teens. I'd like to point to such a library from here, and connect via social media and learning strategies.  Use the contact us button to post any ideas you have about this.
