There is a lot of data in these reports. Spend time looking at the information. If you're a teacher, perhaps you could engage youth in looking at the data, then creating reports that make sense of the data to other people.
Here's a report created by the Tutor/Mentor Institute, LLC in 2011 showing the number of high poverty youth, age 6-17 living in each Chicago community area. The data came from the Social Impact Research Center.
