06/06/2011 2:40 PM Alert

Due to an ugrade of the software hosting this web site, the Links Library and Chicago Programs Links sections can not be edited and new info can not be added. This problem also extends to searching for articles in the articles library. I'm not sure when a solution will be available.

However, the discussion forum can still be used to add new ideas to the web site.  If you look at the categories below you can see how links to new information can be added as discussion comments in existing categories.  I've been using this forum for that purpose for several years since we do not have a large amount of interaction.

In addition, the http://tutormentorconnection.ning.com site is still an option for identifying yourself, talking about a tutor/mentor program, collaborating on capacity building, etc.

The T/MC is a grassroots organization and is working with almost no money right now. Thus, solutions are dependent on the talent and time of volunteers.  This can change if a philanthropic investor were to step forward to provide capital to support the T/MC over a 5-10 year period.  If you know such an individual please make the connection.  That's why we're called the "Tutor/Mentor Connection"
