Alert
I have been calling the southside high schools to find volunteer recruits for TMC. I received a response from St. Rita. Mary Rita, campus minister, has agreed to allow recruitment materials within the school. I will be faxing her a flyer this week. She also said that she may be able to help me by contacting teachers about our site and services. These teachers may then be able to help me. The Alderman have not responded yet. I will be talking to them again this week. Also I will be recontacting the 40+ organizations that I sent letters to. I hope I might be able to get new registraints on the program locator. I will also be contacting the colleges once again. I did not receive any responses there. I also remembered that Roosevelt University has a degree in non-profit organization. I will definitely seek some volunteers from here. It would be a great advantage for these students to learn various operating duties of TMC. If anyone has any suggestions please respond.
