Alert
I am using some of my time for a few different outreach tasks. I have signed up to facebook.com. On the wall section I have left a message for people to volunteer and left the TMC site. I have also been trying to figure out youtube and how we may use this. I have also been researching new and different or unregistered community centers by zipcode in Chicago. It seems that I have been able to find many more organizations through this message. Nicole and I are also going to be working on recruiting college, especially the education majors to do volunteer work. Maybe some of their volunteer time can assist in completeing their intern requirements. There is actually a lot of research when volunteering. Outreach has many different facets which all need to be explored. I am also working on getting an ad in two papers here on the Southside. If anyone has any suggestions for improvement or experience with youtube please respond. Thanks.
