During December we advertised on Craigslist and Idealist for an administrative coordinator to work at Cabrini Connections, in Chicago. We received more than 150 resumes, many from extremely well qualified candidates.  Since we can only hire one person, we invited these people to subscribe to the T/MC newsletter, where we can keep them informed about tutor/mentor programs, and job opportunities, in many organizations.

Starting at the May 29 and 30 conference, we'll set up a table where people looking for jobs can share resumes, and where organizations hiring people, can share job descriptions.
