Irena posted this introduction on July 11, 2006: My involvement in tutor mentoring art programme is in NGO Art Studio project implementation and this experince opened a new dimensions in my life. Working directlly with youths I learn lot more about of the importance of the moral vitues we use to forget in our everyday running after a profit. I find out how rich and how important is to be involve into a future building and bring the benefit to the future genereations. during these years we succed to establish independent youth culture ground, international colaborations and projects with new development strategy . In post comunistc (transition) countries this is a almost mission impossible, but in same time very chalenging oportunity So we volunteer during the 8 years, and our best profit is forming of the international connections and establishment of new platform for civic society enhacement for youths and culture. our goals is to Create Wealth, Poverty reduction strategies and Youth Employment Opportunities in Macedonia
