| How many of you have an active networking strategy? I encourage you to read this article by Herminia Ibarria, that illustrates why it is imortant to develop such a strategy.

As you read this, take a look at the Tutor/Mentor Leadership and Networking Conference web site, at http://www.tutormentorconference.org
For people leading volunteer-based organizations, this is a place to expand your network, and apply many of the ideas in Ms. Ibarra's article. For people in business, this is a place to expand your own personal network, or to develop a corporate strategy that encourages your employees to actively build their network of people within a big company, or with people in other companies and other industries. |
