Dear Youth Tutoring and Mentoring Leaders:

The Center for What Works is pleased to invite you to participate in one of our trainings on performance measurement. Our next training will be held on May 14th  from 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 A.M. CST.  You may be interested in attending the webinar in preparation for the Tutor/Mentor Conference in Chicago later next week. Please check out the website for further details: http://www.tutormentorconference.org/.

Articulating the results and success stories for your organization may be the difference between achieving your mission-based outcomes and simply having a lofty vision. If you've ever wondered how to quantify your organization's strategy, this training webinar, or web-based seminar, is for you.

In this two-hour workshop, participants are given a short overview of performance measurement and then guided through the process of attaching outcomes and indicators to their current strategies. The training webinar serves as a hands-on, practical session in which participants will leave with a specific set of metrics they can begin to actualize within their organization.

In response to our Youth Tutoring and Mentoring performance measurement training, some of our recent Youth Tutoring and Mentoring webinar participants have said:

By far the best workshop on performance measurement that I have ever attended!
Jeannie Balanda, Executive Director for the East Village Youth Program

I have been to a ton of workshops on measurement and this has been the most useful, by far. This is the information my program needs to get more grants!
Alex Ciesla, Tutoring and Scholarship Services Manager Chicago Lights Tutoring and Scholarship Program Fourth Presbyterian Church (

This session was a solid start for my organization. I feel like I still need to focus on measurable indicators in a very ambiguous area. Thanks so much!

We offer two registration levels; Our $90 Premium Registration Level includes the companion eLearning CD-ROM Measure What Matters, or register at our $75 Standard Registration Level.

We invite you to forward this to a friend or a colleague.

Very best with your performance measurement efforts,

Debra
