FOUS Youth Development Services provides quality youth programming throughout the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Its our mission is to promote the development of young people by providing an array of opportunities, supports and services that engages youth in their own development.  Further, we seek to strengthen youth worker practice and help youth service providers build program capacity in order to provide effective youth programs and services to its clients
