Future Leaders of the World (FLOW) is a not for profit girl-driven organization located in the Greater Grand Crossing area of Chicago, Illinois that is dedicated to empowering African American girls ages 7 - 14 to enhance the quality of their own lives by providing access to engaging programs that will confront subtle societal messages about their value and potential, teach the importance of personal responsibility and goal setting, promote the spirit of team work, provide exposure to and exploration of career pathways and develop life-long leadership skills.
