The T/MC began the Tutor/Mentor Survey in 1999 as part of the May and November conferences.  More than 180 people had taken the survey by the time this summary was produced.  As new people take the surveys at http://jordan-webb.net/tmc we will update the information and use it to build collaborative-problem solving networks, aimed at helping tutor/mentor programs in Chicago and other cities constantly improve the impact they have on youth and volunteers.
